BAB 3 KEBEBASAN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB Kita tidak dapat memisahkan antara pengertian kebebasan maupun tanggung jawab. Terdapat hubungan timbal balik antara dua pengertian tersebut. Ketika seseorang itu bebas, maka dia juga bertanggung jawab. Berikut akan dibahas mengenai pengertian kebebasan. A. Kebebasan   1.        Pengalaman tentang kebebasan pengalaman dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu pengalaman lahiriah dan pengalaman batin. Dalam pengalaman lahiriah, tidak dapat ditentukan arti dari kebebasan. Hal ini dikarenakan pengalaman ini bersifat empiris (yaitu berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak oleh semua orang). Sedangkan pengalaman batin didasarkan pada pengalaman pribadi seseorang. Pengalaman batin menyatakan kebebasan saya.   2.        Beberapa arti kebebasan a. Kebebaaan sosial politik : subjeknya adalah bangsa atau rakyat. kebebasan jenis ini memiliki bentuk;   1.        Kebebasan rakyat vs kekuasaan absolut Bentuk pertama dari kebebasan sosial politik yaitu dibatasin

BAB 4 NILAI DAN NORMA  A.       Nilai pada Umumnya Nilai merupakan suatu yang baik. Menurut Hans Jonas (filsuf Jerman-Amerika), nilai adalah the address of a yes (sesuatu yang kita iakan). Lawan dari nilai adalah non-nilai atau disvalue yaitu sesuatu yang kita jauhi. Nilai mulai dibahas secara eksplisit oleh ilmu filsafat pada akhir abad ke-19 dan muncullah sebuah cabang ilmu filsafat mengenai nilai yaitu aksiologi (teori nilai). Salah satu cara yang sering digunakan untuk menjelaskan apa itu nilai adalah memperbandingkannya dengan fakta. Fakta : sesuatu yang ada atau berlangsung begitu saja. Fakta hanya menyangkut cirri-ciri objektif saja dan ia selalu mendahului nilai. Nilai : sesuatu yang berlaku, sesuatu yang memikat atau mengimbau kita. Nilai berkaitan dengan penilaian seseorang. Contohnya, ditanggal sekian terjadi letusan gunung berapi. Hal ini merupakan fakta. Namun bagi para petani, peristiwa gunung meletus bisa mengancam sawah dan pertanian mereka (non-nilai) t
